Summary of the first 3 parts written by the Great Lord n0m@n over at Animesuki
New Life
It starts of with Azazel talking to Vali by a small communication magic circle. Vali says that Opfus wants to meet with Ise. Azazel was troubled but agreed to Opfus meeting Ise, because they may be able to stop the terror. Vali also says that someone is after Opfus, and he’s tryong to lure that person out. Azazel then remembers the youth he fought in volume 9 who wields the Holy-lance, Cao Cao.
Life 1
Part 1
The chapter starts of with Rias and Akeno fighting over, who gets to do the morning kiss to Ise. But Rias is now confident because she and Ise are going out. Rias kisses Ise on the cheek and goes downstairs. Ise then thinks about how Rias changed. Rias acts like a small girl now and she needs to kiss every night before sleeping and needs to be hugged by Ise while sleeping. Ise comments that he cant do sex because Asia is sleeping on the same bed.
Akeno tells that Rias is hiding her uneasiness herself. Ise asks why. Akeno says that Rias think she is inferior and that she holds back Ise in the Rating Game against Sairaorg. When they were fighting against Sairaorg, Sona Sitri was having a Raiting Game against Seekvaira Agares. The battle between Rias’s group and Sairaorg’s group were more intense, but the other match received a better review by a certain group of people because of their tactics. That’s why Rias is trying to find away to get stronger. Rias as a wizard-power type. Sirzechs is wizard-technique type. Rias is still lacking because she doesn’t have a finish move, so she decided to get some training from her brother.
Akeno asks Ise if he is still hesitant calling Rias by her name. Ise says yes. Akeno then tells him to call her by her name and flirts with him. She stops because Asia came in, followed by Irina and Zenovia.
Everyone is eating at the dinning table. In “Hyoudou’s resident” there are four cooks called “Four Heavenly Kings” who are the best cook of the house. The members are Rias, Akeno, Asia, and Ise’s mum. Rias makes a lunch-box for Ise to take to school. Ravel also made a lunch box. The luch box is for Gasper. Ise finds out that Gasper is training hard to get stronger and attaining “Balance-Break” because Gasper feels he’s weak. Ise’s mum asks when she can see her grandchildren and what they should name them because she knows that Rias and Ise is going out. Ise blurts that it’s too early for making grandchildren and naming them front of everyone making Rias red. Ise also says that the only thing in his mind is the daily life with Rias. Then Rias also says that she’s happy staying next to him. Both of them stare at each other front of everyone calling each other’s name.

Part 2
At midnight Azazel, Sirzechs and Grayfia comes to Hyodou’s residence. They came to report them about the promotion test for Ise, Akeno, and Kiba. Everyone congratulates him. Ravel says that her brother’s team cant stand a chance against them now. For the promotion test there are three parts. Report, written, and practical. The report is due on the test day. Ise says that he needs to train for the practical. But Azazel, Sirzechs, and Grafia looked at each other with a shocked face, and told Ise that he doesn’t need to and that he shouldn’t try hard. Azazel says that Ise needs to study for the written and report instead and that there are smart people around him so he should be able to study. Sirzechs also tells Ise that it’s alright to call his sister by her name even front of him. And also adds “Call me Oni-chan!”. He was hit by Grayfia and she adds that the time will eventually come. Rias blushed because of it.
Then Rossweisse tells that she’s going to train at Valhalla. She took the lost in the previous Rating game is a shock and decided to go for training, which Rias allows her. Rossweisse tells Ise and others that there’s also the mid-year test. So Ise has to study even more. Sirzechs asks if Ravel would accept to become Ise’s manager which she replied with yes.
Part 3
Ise is in his classroom sitting and studying. Motohama and Matsuda comes to lure him to watch porn with them by showing a dvd case. Ise wanted to but Kiryuu and Asia inturrpts them. Asia says that she would do things for him if necessary. She also says that all the girls know abot his porno collection and that they have all seen it. Ise gets shocked that the girls know about it and Motohama and Matsuda felt pity for him. Then Ise leaves the room to give medication to Ddraig. The medication is used to relieve the stress Ddraig has ever since he got shocked being called Chichiryutei. Ise goes to a room where there’s no one inside so he can let his Boosted Gear appear. After givng medication to Ddraig, he left the room and met with Saji.
Ise and Saji were talking in the student council room. Saji congrates him for Ise’s promotion. Then other members of student council came in. They all congratulated Ise. Saji left with the girls to do some work. Only Ise and Sona was left. Sona congratylates Ise for his protion is well. Sona says that she knows about Ise confessing to Rias. Sona also says that Rias is always talking about her love life with Ise to Sona. Sona says maybe she should get a boyfriend is well. Ise asks how abot Saji. Sona says that Saji is only like a little brother to her, and twoof her servants are already in love with him. Sona says that she was jealous of Ise because he solved all of Rias’s problem. Sona wanted to break Rias’s engagement with Raiser is well but failed. Also about Kiba’s past, Gasper and Akeno’s past which Ise solved. Sona also says that Ise should treat each girldifferent and that he can call Rias by her name front of her. Sona also says that Ise can call her by her name.
Part 4
Ise tells what happen with Sona to Rias. Ise asks if Sona have a fiancé is well. Rias says that she did but broke it off by beating her fiancé in a chess match. The other girls came so they can study. The only one who wasn’t there was Koneko.
After studying Ise went to his room. Then Koneko came with only white cloth. She also has her ears and tails out. She then takes the cloth off revealing that she isn’t wearing anything proceeds to go on Ise. Koneko is acting weird and Ise also realises it. Then Rias came in. She came at them and mistakes that Rias is pissed at him. Instead she touches Koneko’s forehead and says that she’s going to call someone who knows what’s wrong with Koneko.
Life 2
Part 1
Ise and the others find out that Koneko is experiencing a mating season. She would try to have sex with the man she is in love with. In this case Ise. But getting pregnant now is dangerous for her because she has a small body and the chance of both Koneko and the baby is dying is a high. So Ise has to control not to have sex with her in order to save her. It’s said that Koneko went into mating season after her emotion became high when she saw the relation between Ise and Rias. So Rias asks Ise to control himself and that she will give him are “award” if he does. Ise says that he will control himself for Rias and the “award”. Rias and Ise start to stare and call each other’s name front of others. They forgot that people are around them but realises them when Azazel calls the stupid-couple. Ravel says that she should record that scene and show it to her brother Raiser, because he would die in agony. Azazel also tells Akeno that her father, Brakiel, is okay with her request. Akeno asked Barakiel to train her because Akeno also feels down after losing to Sairaorg’s Queen in the Rating Game in volume 10. Azazel also tells the group that he’s planning to call someone to Hyoudou’s resident tomorrow. But also adds the group not to attack that person. Ise though of Vali, and Azazel says that he’s half correct.
Part 2
The next day, the person who came to Hyodou’s residence is Opfus. Everyone became shocked and prepared for battle. Azazel stops them. Rias then yells to Azazel that the thing he is doing now is breaking the treaty. Azazel responds that he understands the situation but say that it might be the chance to stop the terror attacks. After that Kuroka, Le Fay, and Fenrir appears. Opfus then looks at Ise and says that it want to talk to him. Everyone than moves to the lounge.
Azazel says that Opfus came to talk to Ise. So Ise asks what business Opfus has. Opfus says “Do you want to stop being a Heavenly-dragon, Ddraig?”. The Boosted Gear appeared on Ise’s left arm by itself and talks to Opfus so others can hear their conversation. Opfus took a great interest in Ise because Ise is going to a different road from the past Boosted Gear possessors. So Opfus asks if Ddraig wants to be a Oppai Dragon instead of a Heavenly Dragon. Because of this Ddraig lost his mind so Ise had to use the medication to calm him down. Opfus wants to watch Ise and see what’s going to happen to him. So it’s decided that Opfus would stay with Ise along with Kuroka, Le Fay, and Fenrir. But Azazel told them that Ise and others have to study for tests so he told them not to disturb them. Then Le Fay asks Ise for a autograph because she’s a fan of Ise (Oppai Dragon) and she was deeply moved by the match between him and Sairaorg.
Part 3
It’s weekend and everyone is studying. But Ise can’t concentrate because Opfus is staring at him while eating senbei (Japanese rice-crackers). Ravel is supporting Ise by bringing books and helping him studies. Ise’s a studying about devil’s alphabets and history. But he isn’t confident. Then Asia went to Opfus to give her tea. Ise told Asia that she’s brave because she can do that. Asia then says that Irina was playing card with Opfus the day before which made Ise surprise. Kibas says that Opfus is different then he thought. So Ise realises why Azazel took an interest in Opfus. Ise looked at Opfus but she was still staring at him.
The night before the mid-class promotion test. Ise went pass Koneko’s room and realised that the lights were on and he could he voices. He heard Koneko’s voice and Kuroka’s voice. Kuroka tells Koneko that she can tell Koneko how to seduce Ise, which Koneko says she don’t need to be taught be her. Kuroka realises that Ise is listening to them, so Ise came in. Ise tells Kuroka not to tell Koneko something unnecessary. Kuroka says that Koneko is sensitive right now and showed an example by pushing Koneko into Ise’s arms. Koneko turned red and started to breath hard. Koneko couldn’t control herself and started to take her pajama off. Koneko says that even if her body are small she can still have sex and that she wants to make babies with him. Ise became so nervous. Kuroka then joins and says that she will show how to do intercourse. She takes her clothes of, and Ise couldn’t take his eyes off Kuroka’s oppai. Kuroka then licks Ise’s neck, which Koneko also copies. But Kuroka tells Koneko that she should stop because she would die if she gets pregnant. She says that Koneko has to control her mating-season like her. Then Kuroka tells Ise that she’s a better bargain then Koneko. Koneko then says that Ise is her senpai. Then Ravel comes in, so Kuroka stops her advance on Ise. Ise also thought that Vali might be gay because he declined Kuroka’s offer to make babies. Kuroka whispers into Ise’s ears to please don’t let Koneko do reckless things.
Part 4
The day of the promotion test.
Ise, Kiba, Akeno and Ravel gets ready to go to the test centre via magic circle located in the Hyodou’s resident basement. Ravel is going as a manager. Everyone is wearing the school uniform. Rias and others would be waiting for them at the hotel after their tests. Opfus, Kuroka and Le Fay will be going to the hotel with them. Azazel says that he’s planning to take Opfus and Ise to Sirzechs after the test. Gasper is away because he’s at the fallen-angel’s headquater training. Rossweisse is at Valhalla training, Ise asks Rias for date if he passes the test. Rias says offcourse with a smile forgetting there are people around them. Then Ise, Akeno, Kiba and Ravel go to the test centre.
Part 5
Ise and others arrived at the test centre. The staff for the test came to greet them. Ravel went to bring the forms. Kiba tells Ise that he’s glad that he met Ise. Ise felt uneasy and called Kiba weird. Kiba laughed. He also says that he wouldn’t have become strong if Ise wasn’t here and he would never had gotten a promotion if Ise wasn’t there. Kiba gives his hand asking for a handshake. Ise takes his hand. Akeno also puts her hands and says let’s do their best. Kiba and Ise says “Yes!”.
The three of them entered the test room. It looks like a university lecture room. Everybody are looking at them and talking about them. Especially Ise (Sekiryutei). There were only forty people taking the test because number of people getting a promotion is rare. The staff came and the paper test began.
Part 6
The paper test finished. Ise filled most of his answers but wasn’t satisfied because there were questions like “Who is the bad guy in the TV show Magical Levi-tan?”.
The next test is practical. Ise is getting fired up but Akeno tells him to relax. The test involves two people battling. The outcome of the test depends on how well they fight and not by the outcome. The three of them are going to fight other devils. Ise’s match starts first.
Ise’s opponent is a medium built medium height man. The referre gives the signal of battle. Ise promotes to Queen. Ise started the countdown for the normal Balance-Break. His opponent throws fire attacks at him which Ise dodges. Then his opponent activates his Sacred Gear and created a gigantic bird made from Ice. Ise continues to dodge his opponents attack and turns into his Balance-Break form. Ise rushes into his opponent and went to give one punch at his opponent. His punch destroys the gigantic bird and then hits his opponents which made his opponent fly back. Ise was shocked because he didn’t held back but he didn’t hit with his full punch either. The referee went to his opoonents side and signalled Ise’s victory. Everyone who saw the battle was shocked at Ise’s strength. One person says that Ise’s power is that of a top-tier of a top-class devil.
Ise then reports the outcome to Azazel. Azazel knew that it would be a one sided match. Akeno and Kiba also beat their opponent with ease while holding back. Azazel says that they have a strength of a top-class devil. If Ise was to use his Triaina and True-Queen form it would be even higher. Azazel says that it’s a obvious result because they have been fighting legendary beings. Azazel says that Rias has a good fate at making strong allies. Ise says that she is the best woman there is. Azazel tease him by telling that to Rias who became red. Azazel says lets celebrate when they get to the hotel.

Part 3
After the battle with Cao Cao, everyone moved to the hotel created in the dimensional space they are in. Vali’s group has been seen as a traitor for the Chaos Brigade because he has “kidnapped” Opfus. Le Fay is using the barrier so the enemy can’t enter the floor they are in. Vali has healed his wounds but is suffering from the poison/curse received by Samael. Kuroka is in another room resting, and Koneko and Ravel is looking after her. Hades's grunts the grim-reapers have appeared to back up George and Seigfreed(Cao Cao changed his location with Seigfreed) and there are thousands of them outside.
Opfus comes back to the room and says that she has become weaker. She has only the double the power of Two-heavenly dragons now. When she was captured by Sameal, she changed some of her powers into a form of snake and made it escape. Opfus was going around the hotel collecting it, so she didn’t lose 75% of her powers. This made Azazel laugh and was making fun of Cao Cao because the hero-factions were taking Opfus too lightly. Ise than asks Opfus why he protected Asia and Irina earlier. Opfus says because Asia gave her tea and Irina played card with her when she were at Ise’s house. Because of that Ise started to feel that Opfus isn’t bad.
The gang wants to leave the dimensional space but cant because George’s is using a special barrier to stop Opfus from leaving the dimension they are in. So Azazel asks Le fay if there is any way to get in contact with outside. But since Kuroka is down Le Fay can’t transport everyone. She can only take about two person with her since George probably must have made the barrier restricting them from leaving even stronger. So Azazel tells Irina and Zenovia to go with her. Irina is going because she has to report the incident to heaven. Zenovia is going to guard her and also because her Ex-Durrandal broke earlier. Then Le Fay hands the last Excalibur which originally belonged to Arthur to Irina. Arthur told Le Fay to give at to Irina. So Le Fay suggests it to use it to fix the Ex-Durrandal. Then Azazel tells Rias that they would have to make a plan to escape from here with Opfus. Then the strategy planning time started.
Part 4
Ise went to Kuroka’s room while Rias, Akeno and Azazel were making a plan to escape. Kuroka’s wounds healed but she is still tired since she was on the lookout since she arrived at Ise’s house to guard Opfus from the enemy if they were to come. Ravell and Koneko was in Kuroka’s room. Koneko question’s her sister why she saved her earlier. But Kuroka acted dumb in which Koneko left the room. Ise tries to go after Koneko but Kuroka pulls his hand. So Ravel went after Koneko. Then Ise asks Kuroka about what happened with her former master. Her master was obsessed with making his/her group much stronger. Her master even made his/her blood relatives go through crazy power up. And her master also took interest in the power of nekomata. If her master was to ask Koneko back then, Koneko would have not said no. So Kuroka ended up killing her master. That’s why Ise asks her if Kuroka tried to take Koneko in volume 5 because she was next to Ise. Sekirytei attracts those with power, so Ise came to this conclusion. Kuroka laughed. She replies by saying that she likes to live freely by wandering around with Vali and others. She says that Koneko would be better with a master. So Kuroka tells Ise to live as he wishes, just like how Vali does. Because of this Ise realises that even though she is a battle freak and a naughty cat, she also thinks about Koneko. Ise then tells her that she is bad with her feelings. She responds by saying that she doesn’t want to hear it from power idiot like him and also tells him that she was a former Bishop who consumed 2 Bishop pieces. Kuroka jokes by saying if they should make babies now. Ise said he would loved to first, but then told her to rest. When he left, Kuroka thanked Ise.
After leaving Kuroka’s room, Ise went to the room where Vali rests in. Vali’s wounds are healed thanks to Asia, but the curse of Sameal is still taking effect so Vali still looks blue. Ise tells Vali didn’t he didn’t expect him to be taken down with one hit. Vali responds by saying that he showed his uncool side to him and smirks. Ise then replies by saying that, that’s how dangerous Sameal is. Ise knows that Cao Cao made Sameal attack Vali, because he had no other choice that time because Vali was about to use Juggernaut drive. Ise tells that he knows how powerful Vali is, the more he gets stronger. Vali responds by telling him to catch up to him. Then Ise asks Vali if he attained a power that surpasses Juggernaut Drive. Vali tells him what about it. Then Ise felt relieved because he didn’t think it’s like Vali to lose against Cao Cao without doing anything.
Vali then explains about Cao Cao. Cao Cao had to do several things in the previous battle. First is to protect George and Sameal. Second is to safely take Opfus’s power without fighting flashy. Third is to attack without killing any of them. And fourth is to do all by himself. Cao Cao beat them with those requirements in a minimum attack. Vali then says that, that’s the leader of the Hero-faction who is trying to pick fights with the supreme beings. The hero-faction observes their enemy. They then research about their enemy’s weakness without any miss. They then perfect their weapons. For that Cao Cao made his balance-break the sub-species and make it have lots of ability so he can take on several supreme-beings all by himself. Ise then adds that he is “Truth Idea”. Vali says that “Truth Idea” is like their “Juggernaut Drive”. He says that Cao Cao shouldn’t be able to control it because he has no magical powers. But Ise remembers that Cao Cao tried to use it in volume 9. Vali tells Ise that in terms of defense, they are superior than him. His magical power energy isn’t high either. If their attacks hit him, then he would fall. But his techniques is super high. In Rating Game, he would be considered the one the ultimate technique type. Also he can use his spear and use its aura to destroy everything. Ise felt it in volume 9 and also in the battle before that he could have beaten him if his attack hit him. But because Cao Cao seems like he knows Ise’s moves, Ise feels like his attacks wont hit him.
Ise then asks Vali why he send Opfus to his place. Vali says that Opfus seemed sad sometimes. Then Vali stops. Then Ise says that he will make Opfus escape because she saved Asia and Irina. Ise then tells Vali that the strategy meeting is starting soon. Vali then says tat he’s going is well. They both then made a promise to fight each other and to survive.
